Recorded Courses
If you purchase a recorded video course, you are eligible for a full refund if the request is made within 48 hours of purchase, provided you haven't completed more than 20% of the course.
Live Classes
For instructor-led live classes, cancellations and refund requests must be made before the first live session begins. Once the course has started, no refunds will be issued.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at info@netbuds.cloud with your registered email and course details.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
